AWARDS DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 3, 2012.

You are invited to make nominations for the National Hurricane Conference's 2012 Awards Program. Awards will be presented during the General Session on Tuesday, March 27, 2012.

The Awards Committee is interested in specific activities and accomplishments of your nominee rather than general background.

Nominations should include a one-page summary of those accomplishments or activities you believe merit consideration for an award. Also, feel free to attach supportive materials, such as newspaper clippings, resolutions, etc., to bolster your case.

Email is the preferred method for receiving nominations. Send your nominations to david@hurricanemeeting.com.

However, if your materials in support of the nominee can't be sent by email, then please send an original and four (4) copies of each nomination form (award nomination form) and supporting material to:
